Dani Grader and Justin Schuessler began their planty journey in December of 2023. When they first met, Dani had expansive knowledge about houseplants and how to care for them. Justin wasn't as experienced on the subject but was eager to learn. In March 2024, Dani started her first greenhouse job where her devotion to plants grew even more. She started educating and spreading her plant knowledge from person to person, including Justin. As Dani's passion for houseplants flourished, she felt a calling to share that passion with others. Soon, the couple knew they wanted to spread their love of houseplants in the form of a business and Houseplant Haven LLC was born on a Saturday afternoon on their couch.
